I found this was an interesting place to go, especially on a weekend. There was great diversity in attendance and everyone had a different reaction, so the "people watching" was a bonus. The museum itself was small and there were alot of things to look at, and although I didn't learn anything new, there was enough things on display to hold my interest. It took about 2 hours to go through the entire museum, but it was the day before Valentine's Day, so i suspect it was more crowded than usual. The gift shop was great too. There was something for everyone to buy if they were inclined to do so.
So, if you're into seeing some interesting stuff up close, then I recommend going to The Museum of Sex. Take mass transit and have lunch afterwards. It's a great way to spend a few hours and if you're lucky, it might inspire you to try something new!
*** Not for minors or those who's "sensibilities" are easily offended!
