The evening starts out with socializing at an open bar featuring wine and spirits. The happy hour is followed by a 60-90 minute beginner's class. No experience is necessary, and partners rotate, so you can come on your own or with friends. In advance I have to say: we had a great time!Written on Jan 04 2010
The place is tasteful, nice, big studio with a bar area and a secluded lounge. Zack and Kumar was very welcoming and made us feel right at home.
They said there was supposed to be a big party coming in, but cancelled the last minute, so there was about 20 people for this "Bash".... Didn't matter, we still had a great time.
The price was excellent($50 for a couple for open bar!)
Now on the down side:
For a dance studio, Zack should of had some music to play and not use a patron's iPhone as DJ --didn't look good!
The waitress/hostess was drunk out of her mind by 9:30 when we got there -deffinately didn't look too good!
And we were freezing for a good hour and a half so, until people started to complain about it -- didn't feel good!
But after all I'm sure they have some wonderful events, and I would recommend to everyone to go and check it out; they have anything from salsa to pole dancing and even wine-tasting!

Zack's Dance Loft is the only school where you do not have to pay for a late canceled class and the only school that allows you exchanges on private lessons. In case of late cancellation, all you need to do is reschedule the class to the current week (Monday-Sunday). Unlike other schools, private lessons are 60 minutes rather then 55 minutes, a private room with no additional costs is guarantee, and the whole studio is dedicated to one couple.
