Juilliard-trained Yanni Burton has played his smooth double bass all over the world, with groups ranging from orchestras to rock bands. But for this concert he plays New York as a solo artist, celebrating the release of his debut album, Same Old Love. Showing off Burton's singing and songwriting chops, the album finds the Australian soulfully crooning about the timeless themes of love and romance. Backed by renowned pianist Matthew Sheens and by his own New York-based chamber orchestra, Delphi, Burton's live show promises elegant, swelling renditions of new works by a rising star. Learn More
