The setting and atmosphere of the place are nice and welcoming. The service, however, tries to get its profit from bottled water and an included service charge of 18% that gets automatically tacked on based on the total price of the champagne I had purchased 4 tickets, and inquired about our Goldstar coverage - they showed us the menu and indicated what to order from, neglecting to mention the bottled water and offering no alternatives. At the end, we were served an additional $40 bill of bottled water and service to the $85 we'd already paid. We had already left our generous tip on the table when we got handed the ridiculous additional bill. Ultimately, it's all about setting the right expectations - if we'd known ahead of time about the water charge we would've chosen or not to add it to our bill. As it was, we felt scammed and disappointed.

This was my first brunch experience, and I would do it again. They offered a good selection of choices for appetizers, entrees and dessert. The staff was friendly and the place was nicely decorated. My only complaint is that the live music was a little too loud.

My party of four sat in the front area of the restaurant, near the live band. While we enjoyed the type of music, we did not enjoy the volume. One person in our party asked them to lower the volume and they did slightly, but it still was impossible to talk and hear one another. While this type of volume would be fine if you had planned on going to a club or lounge, we didn't feel it was apporpriate at brunch where we had gathered to converse. The food was very good, the service was good, but if you want to talk during your meal, this is not the restaurant for you.
