The New Jersey Nets host the Atlanta Hawks in their first home game of the NBA season. The Nets are playing their final season in New Jersey before heading to Brooklyn next year, and they're led by point guard Deron Williams, a two-time NBA All-Star and Olympic gold medal winner, and high-scoring center Brook Lopez. The Hawks, one of the Eastern Conference's top teams, feature versatile guard Joe Johnson, athletic forward Josh Smith and skilled big man Al Horford. The first 15,000 fans through the gates receive a free Deron Williams replica jersey, and all fans will receive a free magnetic schedule after the game. In addition, all fans who buy tickets through Goldstar are invited to take the court after the game, shoot a free throw and take a picture at center court.

I'm VERY, VERY, VERY dissatisfied with the outcome for this event. I purchased the tickets excited about all the amenities that came with the purchase (sitting in the lower level end seats as well as going on court to take pictures). I arrive to the arena (in all the rain) from the Bronx to find out the tickets I purchased, Gold star made a error. They put the wrong section on the ad for the tickets. So, everyone who brought the same tickets we brought were mislead like myself. Gold star needs to give everyone who purchased these tickets some kind of credit. Just as easy as it is to get customers, you can just as easy lose the same customers. I could have stayed home to watch this game & been closer then the seats I had. (see picture)

I truly enjoyed the game. The seats were great. I took my daughter - and it was great of Goldstar to offer the yellow bands to make one free throw on the court. My daughter being a basketball player truly enjoyed this. It was great.

We had a good time at the game, even though the Nets lost terribly. I was able to pick the tickets up quickly and we all received Net jerseys. The only problem was the high cost of the sweatpants ($45) in the lobby. I had to buy a pair after my son's jeans split inexplicably.
We even stayed to take a shot at mid-court after the game was over. I t would have been even better if some of the Nets players stayed around for a few autographs or photos.

Upon picking up your tickets, you will receive a wristband which allows entry onto the court after the game for one free throw and a picture at center court. You must bring your own camera for the picture. Proceed to Section 9 to gain access to the court after the game.
