I can't blame the event for the rain which made the whole experience super horrible, but even without the rain, this was basically a scam. This made is sound like you'd actually get to see the boats that would be in the boat parade before they actually paraded. In reality, it was just taking a boat around the harbor and seeing a few houses that were well decorated.

We didn't see any of the parade boats. I actually did see one after the boat ride when we were in the truck going to dinner, but none on this little boat ride. And there were only a handful of houses that were decked out - could've driven around my neighborhood and gotten the same experience for a lot less time and money.

Overall very disappointed and though I might try going to the boat parade itself next year will definitely not do this "pre-parade" boat ride and would not recommend anyone else waste their money on it either.

Everyone was great, and very helpful, making sure that my parents were able to board early (due to handicaps), etc. My biggest disappointment was that it was billed as "boat parade" and we saw no boat parade--not even a little. Should have been billed as viewing of the homes. Thanks again.

I actually did not attend the 4:30p we were super late and put on waiting list for 10p. When we got there the staff was super friendly and gave us our tickets with no questions asked. We actually liked the later time since not that many people showed up, we were able to sit without being blocked and the weather was decent. We took our heavy blankets and we were very comfortable. Also there are stand that provide hot chocolate outside of the boat and a service area inside as well so take cash :)
