Adorable venue and was impressed with the production as well. Definitely a hidden gem in Newton!

Before the show started, I got up from my table and went to the two ushers at the entrance to request a program. Was told that programs were already distributed among the tables in the theater. Full house ...Never did get one... large cast. Thanks for nothing!

About the Ticket Supplier: Turtle Lane Playhouse

In 1980, Turtle Lane Players began as a spinoff from a group at the Vokes Theatre in Wayland. These players mounted a production of Godspell so popular that it was first transferred to downtown Boston and then toured suburbia. Rehearsals were held at the home of a cast member who lived on Turtle Lane in Dover, as other shows were hatched, a new theater group was born!
