C'mon, admit it: You love the music of the 1950s, '60s and '70s, don't you? You're not alone! And Chew on This is a tongue-in-cheek Bubblegums Anonymous meeting of sorts where fellow bubblegummers can find support, encouragement -- and a musical revue chock full of tunes to feed their habit! In a world full of rockers and rappers, it can be difficult to burst out into song when the song in your head is "Sugar, Sugar" by The Archies. You can sing along with abandon, though, to this cabaret-style musical show as you revel in the sounds of The Partridge Family, Frankie Avalon, The Archies, Bobby Sherman, Ohio Express, Lesley Gore, The Brady Bunch, The DeFranco Family, Paul Anka, The Monkees, Donny & Marie, Connie Francis and many more. Fly that bubblegum flag proudly! Learn More
Parking can be a challenge in the NoHo Arts District. Give yourself an hour head start just to make sure you make it to showtime. Look for street parking on the opposite side of the street about a block away from the venue.Chew On This! I went with two girlfriends each from a different decade and we all had an outstanding time. Amazing concert - the band and Tim Piper were able to bring back all the emotions of listening to John. I found out a few things that I did not know and I felt emotions that I had not felt in a long time. Want to go back and relive the experience.

Philip Wegener, Sara Schedeen and Christopher Barrett present Tim Piper starring as John Lennon in the world premiere of Just Imagine, directed by Steve Altman.
John Lennon and the Beatles have never been hotter with the release of Beatles “Rock Band” and the newly re-mastered box set of Beatles CD’s. Now, spend an evening with ‘John Lennon’ (as portrayed by world-famous actor/musician Tim Piper), as he transports you to the very beginning of John’s life and remarkable journey that influenced the music and culture of generations. Share the inside story of the man, the music, and the legend, who as founder of the Beatles, created a ‘Revolution’ that shook the world.
This riveting multi-media production will take you back in time, and another state of mind, utilizing visual images, anecdotes, and note-perfect renditions of some of the greatest songs ever composed. Suspend your belief and prepare to be transfixed by an incredible evening of music and imagery with one of the greatest musical legends of all time.
Musician, actor and songwriter Tim Piper has traveled the world performing music made famous by The Beatles. From his early teen years in Southern California, Piper played in numerous original and Top 40 ‘cover’ bands, while honing is skills as a guitarist, bass player, singer and songwriter. In addition to being a member of various Beatle Tribute bands, including Revolution, Piper has distinguished himself as the pre-eminent ‘John Lennon; with roles in the CBS production ’The Linda McCartney Story,’ E! Channel’s production of the ‘John Lennon Story,’ ‘Beatle Wives,’ and more recently as the singing voice of John Lennon for the NBC TV Movie of the Week, “In His Life -The John Lennon Story.”
