Absolutely incredible. I've seen a lot of other shows dedicated to The Beatles and such--including Fab Four--and I have to say that this was by far the best. The performers do an amazing rendetion of a lot of Beatles/John Lennon songs, and their passion just oozes through. Go see it!
Great music and lots of fun. This show is mostly music with some spoken word as Tim Piper as John Lennon recounts his experiences with The Beatles and after. If you love the Beatles or John Lennon, don't miss it. You'll love it! With your Goldstar tickets you will have Premier in this tiny venue.
I really enjoyed this show VERY much. Tim Piper did a very convincing job of portraying John Lennon, and the band onstage with him was great. Tim's pitch was near perfect! The show had the intimate feeling of going to a small venue concert. My 15 year old son went along (begrudgingly...because he is not a Beatles fan), and he actually enjoyed it. We all especially enjoyed the narration and insight into John Lennon's thoughts, reasons for songs he wrote, and emotions. Go see it.....WELL WORTH the price of admission.
Delightful pre-show dinner was had at The Noho Royal Garden (mediterannean food)...just to the east of the theatre about 1 block., but it's outdoor, in between 2 buildings....covered with cloths & thatched roof, lit with outdoor garden light strings.......DRESS WARMLY!

Musician, actor and songwriter Tim Piper has traveled the world performing music made famous by The Beatles. From his early teen years in Southern California, Piper played in numerous original and Top 40 'cover' bands, while honing is skills as a guitarist, bass player, singer and songwriter. In addition to being a member of various Beatle Tribute bands, including Revolution, Piper has distinguished himself as the pre-eminent 'John Lennon; with roles in the CBS production 'The Linda McCartney Story,' E! Channel's production of the 'John Lennon Story,' 'Beatle Wives,' and more recently as the singing voice of John Lennon for the NBC TV Movie of the Week, "In His Life -The John Lennon Story."
