Group Rep at the Lonny Chapman Theatre presents Sam and Bella Spewack's holiday comedy My Three Angels. In this sweet, family Christmas show built on murder and mayhem, three convicts on a work release program are employed as roofers by a struggling shopkeeper and his family. The trio take pity on their kindly employer when they learn that he will surely lose his business when an overbearing and evil-minded cousin comes from France to audit the books. Using guile, a little romance and a well-behaved snake, the three craft a plan to set matters straight, achieve justice for the shopkeeper and gain redemption for themselves. Loved, loved, loved this show! Brilliant performance, absolutely delightful and engaging story. I see quite a bit of regional theater and this one is a definite must see! Thanks again for a terrific evening out - ;)

Never a dull moment. This was a Christmas play, but not one you have seen so many times, you know the script!
The actors were great. Lots of laughs. Great for all ages. My group ages were 10, 17, 24, 42. I think we all enjoyed the show just as much as the other. My ten year old daughter kept talking about her favorite angel and her favorite part. It was a nice Christmas outing for us as a family. The theatre is great. Small, but very nice.
