Great! Very interesting bizarre musical about a murdered little girl. A lot of holes in the script but the actress who played Sally was amazing. Not enough of her. What a great voice she had.

Description

This revamped version of Sally Spectre The Musical, David P. Johnson’s multiple award-winning one-act show, is timed perfectly to run during the upcoming Halloween season. With a new cast featuring Justine Huxley as the charming child-ghost victim of a crazed hatchet murderer in New Orleans circa 1850, this new production is also proud to have Los Angeles and New York veteran and Lucile Lortel nominated Director/Choreographer Janet Miller at the helm.

Creator David P. Johnson sums up the story: An irreverent musical about the ghost of a little girl who attempts to reconcile her own death by confronting the things that she fears most. Little Sally’s time in the comfort of her self-created purgatory, which is becoming increasingly disturbing, is starting to slip away. With a little guidance from an unlikely and unexpected host of sources, she must find the path that will lead her a more peaceful ending.
