This was a very mixed experience in a small theater. There was no lobby to speak of so the patrons were standing around on the parking lot. The performance was supposed to start at 8:00. By 8:O5 they opened the house and the performance finally started at 8:15. Meanwhile their sound system was blasting annoyingly loud. There were no emergency exit signs posted, neither were emergency exit announcements made. A very unprofessional start.
The acting, especially by Caliban and the sprite were great. But beware if you are a Shakespeare lover. The program stated that this performance had been 'translated' from Shakespeare's original. Consequently very little of Shakespearean language was used. His richly poetic language had been replaced by less than mediocre more modern language. Help! What were these people thinking? 1 star for the would-be author, 4 stars for the actors.

The theater was quaint, a bit in disrepair. The cast was very enthusiastic, probably better suited for a larger venue. The lead was dry. The director was directing from the back of the theater by clearing her throat and other such noises... We...continued
