Based on the memoirs of the famed burlesque performer Gypsy Rose Lee, Gypsy, chronicles the rise of young Louise as she is thrust into stardom by her overbearing stage mother, Mama Rose. With book by Arthur Laurents, music by Jule Styne and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, the show contains such hits as "Everything's Coming Up Roses," "Let me Entertain You" and "Together Wherever We Go." Lauded by critics as one of the greatest musicals of all time, Gypsy stars Klea Blackhurst as Mama Rose. Learn More

A mediore performance lacking direction from a very talanted performer. What a wasted opportunity.Written on Aug 10 2009

Debbie was very funny and had a good show. First act was one hour but her presence on stage in the second act was no more than 15 or 20 minutes. That was a little disappointing. In addition, our seats were in the third row but the last two on the side.....would have liked a little better seats but it proved to be okay.Written on Aug 10 2009

Debbie looked fabulous, she combined comedy and singing, she even sang along with some videos of her acting work. She told a few dirty jokes, interacted with some audience members, and joked about her life-previous marriages, children, friends. She even did many impressions. She really entertained the audience. I was only sorry that it lasted an hour and a half. It ended too soon. A very personable, friendly funny lady who hasn't lost her voice.Written on Aug 10 2009
