My Big Fat Greek Myth and Great Scott! The Scottish Musical
My Big Fat Greek Myth & Great Scott! -- Comical One-Acts
Greek gods are goosed and Shakespeare is shaken up in two one-act plays, My Big Fat Greek Myth and Great Scott! The Scottish Musical, performed by members of the 2014 Gaithersburg Inclusive Companies. My Big Fat Greek Myth scales Mt. Olympus to find the gods throwing an epic shindig. But amid the fluffy clouds and flowing nectar, a snubbed party guest plots trouble. Pivoting from myths to Macbeth, Great Scott! follows the efforts of a ragtag troupe to perform a musical take on Shakespeare's haunted tale. Featuring a cast of adult actors with intellectual disabilities and directed by theater professionals, ArtStream's Inclusive Theatre Companies produce original musicals based on members' own ideas, characters and improvisations. Products of months of hard work, the plays showcase the unique talents of each actor.

After the show we walked across the street to the Olney Ale House, sat outside under cover, had MD brews, ribs, sandwiches (fried oysters; beef), and fried catfish. Wonderful menu and food, great atmosphere, reasonable as heck and old-world neighborhood place you're lucky to find.Forever Plaid dining • Sep 16 2013 star this tip starred
