A political comedy based on the novel An Unsocial Socialist by George Bernard Shaw, Smash tells the story of Sidney, an extremely wealthy socialist who bails on his bride on their big day because he needs to stay focused on his big plans to ... overthrow the British government. But there are just a few things -- like love triangles, mistaken identities, Marx, pistols and proletariats -- standing in the way of Sidney's plans in this witty satire. Learn More

Tense, thought-inducing - the usual polished Dragon production. Intimate but modern theatre, comfortable seats. Kudos to the set designer. The play - nominally about eco-terrorism but actually about emotional involvement and, strangly, the detachment of professionalism - was gripping.
