BodyHeart is a program that offers women the opportunity to claim greater freedom, love and acceptance of their bodies. We currently live in a world that supports an unrealistic definition of beauty - in order to change this mentality, we must take the time to change ourselves.
Through education and exploration, BodyHeart provides participants with practical steps to discovering peace and a new-found passion for the body they have been given.
