Celebrate a treasured holiday tradition as the 32nd annual production of Tchaikovsky's classic ballet, The Nutcracker, is brought to vivid life by Pasadena Dance Theatre. The dance tells the timeless story of young Clara, who dreams that her gift of a toy nutcracker soldier comes to life. Together they experience a grand adventure that takes them through an epic battle with the Mouse King to the Sugar Plum Fairy's magical Kingdom of Sweets. More than 80 dancers take part in this year's colorful Christmas spectacular, sure to delight the whole family.

Excellent technique with the dancers, beautiful sets and costumes. My little ones loved it.

The performance was great! The dancers did a great job of portraying the characters. Not a lot of tickets were sold so we ended up being moved to great seats. Thank you GoldStar

The Pasadena Playhouse is a very intimate venue. I attended with my 71/2 year old son and I was pleasantly surprise that we saw many families with children...all well behaved. The performance was beautiful and we felt each dancer gave their best and it was felt.
