No doubt about it: Ben Franklin would have loved to explore the hands-on science museum that bears his name and celebrates his spirit with exhibits as innovative and eclectic as "the first American" himself. Cool immersive experiences abound with three full floors of galleries, live demonstrations, planetarium shows, the Bloom Observatory and exciting traveling exhibits. Take a turn as the engineer for a working 350-ton locomotive at the authentic train factory, explore the giant walk-through heart, try to avoid the "bowling ball of doom" at Sir Isaac's Loft and much, much more, as you learn about engineering, aeronautics, physics, geology, and of course, Franklin's fave -- electricity. It was fun and had a great enthusiastic tour guide who was a pleasure to go with. We were a big group but went well. There is a lot of interesting details and historical facts covered and neat people we met. Had fun!
