This timeless tale of boy-meets-girl and the resulting roller coaster ride centers on Billy Crocker, who falls hopelessly in love with a wealthy heiress. When he sees her boarding a boat to London, he throws caution to the wind and becomes a stowaway. Madcap hijinks ensue when his fellow passengers, including the evangelist-turned-nightclub-singer Reno Sweeney and second-rate gangster Moonface Martin, decide to help Billy win his true love. view more less of this reviewWe absolutely loved it! The play was fun, funny, entertaining, shocking, and suspensful. We were still smiling when we left. There was not a bad seat in the theatre. And, the volunteers were very nice and pleasant. I would definately attend an event again.

Description
Murder at the Orient Burlesque
by Carol M. Rice, directed by Mikey Abrams
When Russian princess Katherina Anastasia Faberge Antoinette joins the cast of the burlesque at Christie's Orient Palace, the trouble begins, so it's not a surprise when she turns up dead after only one performance.
As Detective Red Flannegan quickly discovers, everyone has a motive, and the Czarina was not only shot, but poisoned, stabbed, electrocuted and strangled. The question then becomes not who did it, but who did what, and is there anyone who didn't?
A riotous comedy by Rover's Artistic Director and the author of our Around the World in 80 Days.
