Known as the "Sergeant of Comedy," Tony Roberts spent 10 years in the Army before embarking on a career in stand-up. He's been seen on his own Showtime comedy special, Wired!, and on HBO's Def Comedy Jam and BET's Comic View as well as the syndicated hits Showtime at the Apollo and Mr. Box Office. Tommy Davidson is so funny and Tommy T's is a great intimate place to see a comedian. The comics before were pretty funny too. I would definitely recommend eating before you get there though. I ordered their chicken nachos. The first time I sent...continued

Tommy Davidson has been doing stand-up since the mid-80s, and though he has branched out considerably since then, he still tours his acclaimed act across the country extensively. Davidson’s film credits include a debut with Halle Berry in Strictly Business, Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls, Juwanna Mann, and Black Dynamite_, as Cream Corn. Davidson has also has had a prodigious TV career, with recurring roles on both In Living Color _and MADtv, and also provided the voice for Oscar Proud on Disney’s The Proud Family. Davidson has had three lauded standup specials:_ On Strength of New York, Illin’ in Philly,_ and Takin’ it to DC. In addition to his standup achievements, he is perhaps most famous for his wide variety of impersonations of celebrities from Samuel Jackson to Cher to John Madden.
