Written on Jun 22 2012Yay for Dolly Parton Hoot Night! The music was amazing and the artists were very, very talented! It was such a fun night. The Alberta Rose theater had great accoustics; the only problem was that a lot of people gathered in the back and talked during the show which distracted from hearing the performers. Also- with Dolly Parton music, would have been fun to dance! Wish there had been a small space reserved for that up front. But really, a great show and a great night!

Written on Jun 18 2012What fun! Yes! The evening was "hoot!". So many good musicians introduced by Miz Kitty in a terrific costume with trivia and quotes by the great Dolly Parton. Some of the musicians included: Katie Sawicki and the Cabin Project,Led To Sea, Megan Spear, What Hearts, Kelly Ann Masigat,Sarah Gwen, Rachel Robinson, Huck Notari, Naomi LaViolette and so many more. And, of course, The Alberta Rose Theater is a terrific venue with tasty food and drink.

the backup music, Started 2o nimutes late, musicians were tuning their guitars on stage
very poorly organized and presented.
