With more than 100 sculptures, paintings, photographs and drawings by some of the most acclaimed European and American artists from the 17th to the 20th centuries, this major exhibition brings a bit of Parisian panache to the Park Blocks. This concert had in it a "world premiere" piece called "Supermaximum". Ia m glad I went if even just for this one piece. Tremendous. Portland is home to the oldest youth orchestra in the U.S. and they are every bit as talented as their older counterparts. Go listen. Just go. Well done.
This concert is recommended for ages 7 and up. Running time is approximately two hours, including intermission.
