Tonight the generous and playful owners of the hottest night spots in Reston Town Center are offering all-night food and drink specials to all the suburban singles who dare to celebrate Halloween the old-fashioned way: Fun and exciting! Don your favorite costume (naughty or nice!) and hit the streets!</p> <p>We'll start the evening at the bar at the Market Street Bar and Grill where they will be enticing us with complimentary Hallloween Goodies! Where we haunt after that is a mystery known only to the ghouls...oops, we mean GUIDES who'll accompany you. Costumes are optional; it depends on how eerie, outrageous or enchanting you wish to be! The only rule is that you have to wear something. The second rule is that there are no real space aliens or Yeti allowed; this is a human event only!
