Adapted from Herman Melville's white whale of a novel, Moby Dick, this love letter to American theatre finds the book's Pequod boat crew transformed into the Bad Settlement Theatre Company. Between their rundown surroundings, flagging finances and an artistic director who's consumed with the singular focus of putting on the first-ever flawless production of Moby Dick, it's safe to say that this crew is definitely in deep water. A drama that sways towards satire and is populated with bold, scrappy, lovable characters, Season on the Line is a sincere tribute to the trials, tribulations and triumphs that abound in the world of theatre. Great show for kids 5 or 6 and older. The show is too long to hold the attention of a younger child. It gets distracting with all of the younger ones talking and crying during the show.. Save your money if you have young children. If you have older children theyll enjoy it.

I took my grandchildren ages 11 and 13 and they loved it. It kept me entertained also. However, I do not think it is for young children. I believe it was too long for them and the younger children could not sit still for the entire performance.
Quotes & Highlights
“Shrek The Musical is a modern day romantic tale with a twist that tells the story of real friendship, true love, sorted life lessons, with misguided fairy tale misfits, lots of laughter and upbeat music, a green ogre and his sidekick donkey, a feisty princess, a lonely fearless dragon – and of course a happy ending everyone looks for in a fairy tale. Shrek The Musical indeed delivers." —Examiner.com
