Punch Line Comedy Club welcomes Pundits With Punchlines, the long-running hit comedy showcase featuring Indian and South Asian comedians. Founding comedian Tapan Trivedi, who's been seen on Russell Peters' Comics Without Borders Showtime special, is joined by some of the Bay Area's most popular local comics, including Kabir "Kabeezy" Singh, Samson Koletkar and Shanti Charan. Singh has played every major comedy club in California, and recently completed a British tour. Samson Koletkar, the world's only Indian-American Jewish comedian, is a part of three national comedy tours. Charan was the winner of the 2011 Bay Area Stand Up Comedy Competition, and was named a "comic to watch" by SF Weekly in 2012. Learn More

Written on Jun 29 2012Mark Zhang was great, as always! Very funny, he was just pumping out jokes. The show started off a little slow, but with each comedian, it steadily picked up momentum. Walter Hong hosted this event, he introduced each comedian and got the audience going with his comedic banter. All in all, we had a great time, lots of laughs.
