It's Christmas Eve in 1852 and at a cabin in the Sierras, a pair of miners have their carefree existence turned upside-down when they chance upon an orphaned infant in The Christmas Foundling. Over the ensuing years, the boy binds a loose-knit group of miners into a family, as they discover that the greatest wealth sometimes comes in surprising packages. Written by award-winning playwright and PBS favorite Norman Allen (Nijinsky's Last Dance, In the Garden, The Christmas Carol Rag), The Christmas Foundling is a heartwarming tale that's rich with the spirit of the season and filled with traditional folk music and carols. It was a nice holiday play. Small cozy theater. My reciept said it was general admission and opened one hour before. We had assigned seats and could not sit in theater untill 30 min prior play. Would not have gone write do early had we known. Good seats, but most any seat would work here
