Get ready for a summer night's 70's Soul Jam at the historic Greek Theatre. A celebration of the smooth sounds from that decade, the show features performances by the likes of the Stylistics ("Betcha by Golly, Wow") and Peaches and Herb ("Shake Your Groove Thing," "Reunited"). Also contributing to this evening that's packed full of classic soul jams will be old-school radio favorites Brenton Wood, Bloodstone, Barbara Lewis, Intruders, Rose Royce and Main Ingredient featuring Cuba Gooding Sr. Learn More

view more less of this reviewI can only describe this with one word....AWESOME! I hope I have all of her energy and can remember my experiences in life the way she has when I get to her time in life. I just wanted to go up and give her a big HUG and to steal a line from another great "Thanks for the memories". I cannot think of anything that would have made it any better.
It is a shame that because of a cut in funding I understand this will be the last performance of this kind at this venue. Thanks to Sturgis Center for the Fine Arts for putting on many great shows!
star this review starred report as inappropriateWhat a fun show! Debbie looks great and performs like a champ, even at age 81! She is one of the last of a generation of stars, there are few like her! Love her!

star this review starred report as inappropriateIt is a rare opportunity when one get the chance to see an icon. Debbie is among the very last of a generation of entertainers from the golden era of film and theatre. She is such a pro and the entire night was intimate, funny, poignant and Debbie is utterly charming. We took our 21 and 19 year old sons(can you believe it?) and they were as enthralled with the gal from "Singin' in the Rain" as we were. Debbie Reynolds is amazing and we will count the evening among our favorites.
