This was my first time attending this event and I am already thinking about inviting friends to come along next year. I go to many different genres of music festivals... and with out a doubt.... the quality of the performers at this festival was exceptional (my favorite was the Dave Bennett Quartet). And, it was great having ample dance floors for each of the stages. I think San Diego is fortunate to have this festival.Written on Nov 29 2010

Our first time, and we'll be back! Wonderful music, terrific variety. Great dancers to watch! Watch? We're going to take lessons and next year, we'll be dancing, too!Written on Nov 28 2011
There are festivals like this all over the country, and we had such a good time, that we're going to plan vacations with jazz festivals in mind.
Thanks Goldstar, for making this affordable for us. I've wanted to go for years, and at half price, it was a no brainer.

It was a lot of fun listening to the music of the big bands and the Jazz music was very spirited. Didn't realize this would have people in their 70's and 80's, but really enjoyed watching those old timers dancing and having so much fun. We will definitely attend another event like this. It was an upbeat atmosphere all evening. Great time.Written on Nov 26 2010
