Macbeth plunges into the depths of human weakness, far below the furthest reach of light and reason, and seeks out the monsters that coil and slink in the dark. If that sounds like a horrifying -- if exciting -- journey, it is. In 400 years, no horror novel or sci-fi blockbuster has been able to top it. Set in a gloomy world of ghosts and witches, the tragedy's bloody cycle of corruption and betrayal is thrown into motion when the popular King Duncan of Scotland is murdered by Macbeth, his trusted friend. Macbeth soon achieves the power he believes he is destined for, but at an infamously high cost. Learn More

I enjoyed most of the stories in the play. I brought my children ages 8-9 yrs old and I found it was ok for them with the exception of 2 scenes, where I was wondering about how to answer some questions they were bound to have afterwards. The theater was nice and small. Parking was confusing at first, as it said permit parking everywhere (It's in a college), but the ticket counter person it was OK to park anywhere during the play.
