I attended this event with 3 friends, and we had a terriffic time! It was definitely worth the Goldstar price. The dancers were great and very friendly too. The 'show' was a bit different than I expected... it consisted of several small numbers that lasted a few minutes at a time. The dancers would change costumes in between numbers, as the audience dined. The dancers were terriffic and overall the food was very good. I have rated this event a 3 star, but would have rated it a '4 star' except for a few things to note....
1) One friend needed to have her meal returned at least 3 times to try and get the steak cooked to her liking
2) The service was slow... but they were understaffed in the kitchen that night
3) The dance floor was very small, which somewhat limited the 'show' but the dancers made up for it by using more of the room and getting the audience involved.
I do want to state that the restaurant staff was extremely accomodating and very courteous. Without any complaint from us regarding the slow service, the host came to our table to explain the short staffing and offered us a complimentary pitcher of sangria to make up for the wait... we gratefully accepted and it was very good! Also, the staff did bring out a fresh side plate for the friend who had her steak re-cooked a few times. And they invited us to stay for the second show, since our meal was late... and we enjoyed the second show even more. It seems the second audience was more lively and everyone got more into the show, with much more audience participation in the dancing.
All the food we tried was quite delicious.... we had 2 surf and turfs, 2 ribeyes, garlic mashed potatoes, argentine fries (loved these!), beef empanadas, flan, chocolate cake, and the dulce de leche cheesecake. Everything was terriffic and the ribeye steak was a very generous size (try it with the chimichurri mixture on top... tasty!!).
I would definitely return to this restaurant. The exceptions noted above were a very small part of the evening and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves thanks to the delicous food, friendly and accomodating staff, and the very talented entertainment! In fact, I plan to return with some family members for a future show!

two dancers. very hard to see from our seating. food was terrible. it was over priced, two pieces of steak which appeared they might have been scraps from a kitchen short on food, and non-existent service. had to remind the waiter to bring our salad after sitting ignored for 20 minutes. and this in a small dining room. the flan for desert was basically uneatable. we left thinking we had been ripped off and the connection between this restaurant and gold star was a scam. save your money and go somewhere else.

It was a horrible meal. The chicken marsala sauce was white and sparse. Marsala is supposed to be brown, which makes me doubt whether it was even Marsala sauce.
The show appeared as if it was friends of the owners who just knew how to dance. It was not organized, the music kept breaking up. All in all, it was not worth the money in the least. The show was not constant and was a dance here and there.
