Written on Jun 26 2012Everything we have seen at the Moxie has been terrific. Coming Attractions was very well directed and the acting was first rate! What a fun show.
Written on Jun 25 2012We only stayed for the first act and then left. We had expected comedy but got ridiculous. The actors were good - it was the writing that was not interesting or funny. The "story" seemed to be more for shock value than substance. Maybe it all came together in the second act......
Written on Jun 25 2012For the most part the acting was fair. There were too many slip-ups as if the play hadn't been rehearsed enough.
The play itself was uninspired and the writing was only okay.
I have seen plays that were much worse and I did enjoy this one. It is always nice to see live theater.
Written on Jun 25 2012Well written although probably enough subject matter for 2 plays.............so, a bit much, but well acted and directed and lots of fun. The Moxie's hit another one, if not out of the park, then certainly a triple!
