An interesting story of a man that changes the world ... for the worst. Who would have thought that a time traveling hooker would end changing the world for the better? A bad guy with theme music was a nice twist and several funny twists and turns make this a fun night out!

This is NOT one of Alan Ayckbourn's best plays. You see, there's a door in this hotel room that leads back to the same room -- but in another time. And there's a murder mystery to be solved -- and possibly erased. I'm an "alternate reality" fan, but even so, the plot is very contrived.
Cygnet has done a cute job with a special effect for the door's time-travelling operation -- but given the number of times the door is used, this gimmick goes on too long, and it becomes tedious.
A scene on the hotel balcony with two of the three heroines trying to save the third from a fatal fall -- it just goes on far too long, without sufficient payoff in suspense or humor. And the play is too long for the content, at around 2 1/2 hours.
The villain's (Manny Fernandes) accent is inconsistent and utterly unrecognizable. It's probably supposed to be British of some sort, but it's distractingly awful (as are some of his lines, for that matter). He's a caricature of a villain, lacking only the mustache for him to play with.
Since it was a preview that I saw, perhaps some directorial changes will improve the production. Some things are probably not fixable in time, though (such as Fernandes' "accent").
Jessica John and Sandy Campbell did an excellent job with what they had.

This was one of the funniest, best executed shows that I have seen in a long time. Every actor was superb! The girl playing the dominatrix was hysterical! And, where did she get those shoes?!!!

This play is SOOO good! VERY funny, and suspenseful as well.
All the actors are wonderful, but Sandy Campbell as Ruella ("So, do you enjoy being a prostitute?") and Jessica John as Poopay are a couple of comedic geniuses. Great script, of course, but their delivery and timing are superb. The set is fabulous as well; very impressive for such an intimate theater.
I've been a Cygnet fan for a few years now, and their performances are always extremely well done. This one is one of my favorites. Don't miss it!

This is a new play. Interesting and different. Although a mystery that involves time travel (suspension of belief is surprisingly easy) sounds crazy, the suspense, comedy, good acting, and great staging bring it all together for an excellent play. Oh, and there's a bit of sexual titillation to keep everyone interested. I highly recommend it!
