We participated in this event as a corporate team-building. We had a fabulous time! Where You Want To Be Tours created a creative, exciting experience for us! This was a great value and I would whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone. Be sure to participate in "Flight Night" at Napa Valley Grille after the scavenger hunt awards ceremony - it was the perfect ending to our San Diego adventure.
The only things that could have made me like it more were: 1) if it were longer so we could have visited even more new places and 2) if two of our teammates were not recovering from physical problems, as we could have done more. The reality is that we were there to have fun with this couple and to see new places in downtown San Diego, and both missions were accomplished. Thanks for a great time and a lovely afternoon.
The scavenger hunt focuses on team building, problem solving and time management. But it's also about having a blast and discovering little known spots that many locals don’t even know about!
Corporate teams are encouraged to participate but individuals are welcome too. Teams keep score of places they visit and things they see using photography, creativity, teamwork, strategy, and timing. At the conclusion of the hunt, team leaders tally up scores and outstanding individual players and the overall winning team receive prizes.
