Fronted by talented singer and star-in-the-making Rachael Price, Boston-bred quartet Lake Street Dive seems on the brink of break-out acclaim. Along with Tennessee native Price, drummer Mike Calabrese, bassist Bridget Kearney and trumpeter-guitarist Mike "McDuck" Olson -- all former students at Boston's New England Conservatory -- craft the band's unique sound, which combines elements of classic pop with jazz, soul and even rock. For this show at Queen Bees, they'll share the stage with opener Josh Damigo, a singer-songwriter who has played with the likes of Jason Mraz, Joss Stone, Shawn Colvin and the Zac Brown Band, among others.

They rocked the house with their unique blend of jazz, blues and pop and cant wait until they come back to San Diego. Will definitely look to see them again. The lead singer is incredible and someone to watch as a future superstar.

At the price it was a great bargin. Thel artists were quite good and the room was unique. I don't see how the venue can saty in business onless they can sell alcohol but we were glad we went. They were very nice to us.

The two musical groups I saw were entertaining. The seating was good, but it is an open area, and the entry door kept squeaking when opened and also slamming shut, which was distracting.

This will be one of my favorite concerts I've been to to date. I loved the venue...just awesome. The staff was so accomodating and both of the artists were amazing.
