Fresh off a series of shows at the SXSW music festival, The Blank Tapes and Summer Twins return to California with their retro-pop sounds. Helmed by prolific songwriter Matt Adams, the Tapes invoke summer days spent chilling in the sun with good friends and no responsibilities. Combining modern sensibilities with '60s pop, Adams' breezy hooks and vocals will draw you in. Sisters Chelsea and Justine open the show. The Summer Twins also mine that throwback sound with delightful pop harmonies and garage rock grooves. Take in a pair of charming California bands with this all-ages rock showcase at Queen Bee's.
