Lovely time out on the water, generous bartenders, and better/hearty food. Great chatting with others - couples, families, and parties!Written on Jun 14 2011

Nice cruise, sound system could be better, and was too loud and 'tinny'. Choice of music was dated. Appetizers were better than the first time I took this cruise. This is a good value for the money with Goldstar-however, the constant announcements celebrating 'John's' or 'Jacks' 25th bday, or a couple's anniversary, etc., got to be quite annoying. Drink plenty and you will not care. Guess that I did not drink enough. Suggested improvement-captain's mates should learn more about the sights and sounds of the trip and make it more interesting from a sightseeing point of view.Written on Aug 18 2010

This is a fun, casual, local event to attend. Food was mediocre at best. Staff were friendly. Did not like how heavily pushed the drinks were. ship is clean, small and quaint. There was not enough seating inside or out to accomodate all unless you sit in the dinning area which lacks view but overall for the price. I would do it again.Written on Feb 06 2012

Call Hornblower to make sure that the boat is the HIGH SPIRITS. Hornblower changed the boat for my cruise to their regular harbor tour boat. Not the same experience as listed on Goldstar.Written on Sep 11 2011
