Written on Apr 23 2012Such an innovative concept. having the playwright interviewed at the onset was such a powerful addition. Transitions during the play seemed to drag. The actor portraying the Guard was supreme! Added a perfect comic touch. Would I go again? Maybe.
Written on Apr 20 2012Great format! The actors moved seamlessly from script to improv, and I loved watching their characters take the 10 pages they were initially given and then run with it. Unlike any other improv I've seen in SF. I totally recommend this!
Written on Apr 13 2012It was the best long-form improv I've seen yet. This ought to become a popular format. I like the topic of the play, tho it was no means an easy one to portray. Tho basically dramatic, I laughed a lot, both in the "perspective" vehicle supplied by the playwright and in the "real" action. Bravo!
