Marimba music, ballet-infused folklorico dance, accordion-fueled norteño music and other musical performance styles from Mexico, El Salvador, Chile and beyond come together for Monsignor Romero: A Unity Song. Celebrating the life and foundation of the great Catholic activist Óscar Romero, Brava Theater Center presents such exhilarating Latin performers as Mexican political singer-songwriter Francisco Herrera, Chilean cellist and folk singer Mochi Parra and El Salvadoran dance sensations Ballet Teatro Mauricio Bonilla, performing for the first time in the U.S. from their homeland. Part of the proceeds (25%) go toward helping fund a statue of Monsignor Romero in Rome and advancing the cause of hope, love and unity. Learn More

What a stellar group of performers! Every performer turned it on full force! Especially loved Tim Hockenberry, KT Sullivan, Shawn Ryan and Danny Gurwin...none of which I'd seen before! And Rita Moreno's storytelling of I WON'T SEND ROSES was incredible! Great job to all involved!
