Great stuff! Six scheduled comedians plus a terrific drop-in. Some stars brighter than others (and how could that not be the case with that many names on the list?), but the signal-to-noise ratio was pretty darn good as we geeks would say, and headliner Tony Dijamco was fantastically funny. Across the geekiness spectrum of my friends in attendance—fine, so it's not THAT wide a spectrum—we agree that, next time this show is in town, "We'll be back."

The Punch Line's dedication to comic tradition has earned it the San Francisco Examiner and the San Francisco Chronicle's readers' choice award for the best comedy club. Today, the Punch Line is the only full-time comedy club in San Francisco, hosting nationally-acclaimed comics Margaret Cho, Bobby Slayton, Dave Chappelle, Sue Murphy, Dave Attell, George Lopez, David Cross, and Greg Proops, among other bona fide and rising stars, in an intimate setting where you can enjoy them, live and up-close, the way stand-up comedy is best presented.
