My husband, our 18-yr old daughter, and I went to see Baby and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The venue was the smallest we've been to - and it was great! All the seats had perfect views! The story line was real and the actors & actresses were great - such nice voices! We all highly recommend Baby!!Written on Mar 22 2010

This was an incredible show! From the very first song, I could feel the energy of the cast and live music accompaniment. I have never seen this show or attended anything at this venue, but I thoroughly enjoyed every minute, and will come back as soon as I can for another production. The actors were all well casted, believable, and heart-felt. The singing, music, lighting, cues, etc were all spot on.Written on Mar 22 2010
Don't hesitate: GO!

Description
Ray of Light Theatre (www.roltheatre.com), San Francisco’s inimitable non-profit musical theatre company, is proud to present the delightful musical comedy, Baby. Continuing its ninth season after rocking the house with The Who’s Tommy last fall, Baby is a seven-time Tony award-nominated musical that The New York Times praised as “Smart, funny and often ingenious.”
Is there anything more exciting, frightening and utterly transformational than impending parenthood? Baby tells the story of three couples on a university campus as they deal with the painful, rewarding and agonizingly funny consequences of this universal experience. There are the college students (Liz and Danny), barely at the beginning of their adult lives; the thirty-somethings (Pam and Nick), having trouble conceiving but determined to try; and the middle-aged parents (Arlene and Alan), looking forward to seeing their last child graduate from college when a night of unexpected passion lands them back where they started. This is a touching, wonderful show with a talented cast and live band!
