It was the worst stand up I've ever been so far, and I've been to many. Old materials, bad riffing, and not funny to boot. Many people in the audience forced polite smiles, yawned repetitively, and I could see they also had a hard time sitting still for it to end. Unfortunately, it was a 10 pm show and we had to suffer a bit longer when he kept going past the hour. I agree with heidiscarpenter review 100%, we had the exact same experience, and we went on a Friday show. He picked up on all bad signs at the bad timing as if setting himself on a trap. Not sure his forte is being a comedian.Written on Mar 08 2010

Each member in our party of 4 really enjoyed Al's routine. A lot of his humor based on his every day experiences with his family. Most folks can relate. A lot of laughter among the entire audience, which was a full house.Written on Mar 28 2011

My date and I thought this guy was hilarious.Written on Mar 08 2010
Dont sit in the front, unless you want to get ripped on...
at the expense of you.. but at least its funny for everyone else!
The opening acts were also great...
one of the best comedy shows i have seen for awhile..
but i guess you have to get used to his specific type of comedy...
his jokes are a little sarcastic..and his delivery is a little slower than what most people are probably used to...
some people didn't laugh.. and he just ripped on them.. which made me laugh ever more.
Good times!
