It was my first time going to Cobb's and my first Goldstar purchase, my boyfriend and I had a great time. The service was great, we had good seats and a nice waitress. The menu is limited and the food is nothing to write home about, but adequate if you don't have time to eat before the show (although in my experience the french fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil, blech!)
As for the show, the opening comedians were funny; there were 3 acts, a local (whose name I forgot) did a funny married guy act, Remy, the singing comedian was really unique and clever, his act was memorable (he has an album coming out; its being released by Comedy Central), an Iraqi singing country songs about tabouli, kabobs and d-bags. Brian Posehn was hysterical and did great bits about the zombie apocalypse and being an ugly married pothead Star Wars geek, with a wife, baby and cats. My boyfriend and I kept imitating him and laughing the rest of the night. Great show, thanks Goldstar!
