Actor-comedian Chris Kattan has had a great deal of comedy success on the stage, in films and on the small screen. The list of his most memorable Saturday Night Live characters stretches over nearly a decade on the show, including such favorites as Mr. Peppers, Mango, Azrael Abyss, Kyle DeMarco and Suel Forrester. His stint as half of the head-bobbing Butabi brothers, alongside fellow cast member Will Ferrell, saw him make the leap onto the big screen in 1998's A Night at the Roxbury. Also a former member of the world-renowned improv/sketch troupe the Groundlings, Kattan has continued to perform on stage, including headlining stand-up comedy events at clubs and theaters around the country.

The Headliner was hot for 20 minutes and then fizzled. One of the following acts was much better at stand up. We are fans of Kattan, but felt like he was winging it with his stories.

Chris Kattan's set was weak. The best guy of the night was one of his friends from SNL - Jeff Richards.

This event was Chris Kattan & Friends. Those expecting stand-up from Chris Kattan would have been slightly disappointed. I was just happy to be in his presence as he was discussing a few stories from being on SNL and his mannerisms brought me back to 4th grade when I first started watching him. The other two stand-up comedians, Jeff Richards and Dan Gabriel, were hilarious and spot on that evening.
