We arrived early to Cobb's to have dinner before the show, were seated in the front row. The Cobb's staff are all very professional and as always Joe Rogan, Ari Shaffir and Joey "Coco" Diaz had the audience roaring with laughter.

The evening started with Joey doing the opening act which is full of drug related stories, sad but true ones. Joey introduced Ari who has an act full of pooping stories, sex stories and some racial humor. The headliner Joe Rogan came out and the audience went crazy with applause. Joe is a good stand up comedian ... and I do hope that Goldstar will have tickets to future events of his in Northern California.

Joe Rogan rocks! I was crying I laughed so hard! And not like I cried for a moment then stopped but I cried for minutes on end. His humor is so worng and the whole time I was laughing I couldn't help but feel a little guilty, his jokes are so wrong. I have watched him many times over the years and each time i am always amazed how fresh his routines are. How does this guy come up with so much crazy stuff? I highly recommend anyone who isn't easily offended to go. I did notice some old folks walk out during his routine but then again they should have a warning with this guy that says "Explicit material may offend!"

I really enjoyed him and didn't expect to. He was very funny in person and has a different delivery with comedy which was refreshing.

The Cobb's staff was on top of their game tonight. My sister found a hair in a mozzerella stick and they took it off plus brought out a fresh batch.

Joe Rogan was great, lots of new material. I always find it amusing when some woman thinks she's so cute that she can woo him and then he calls her our during the show. Women with superiority complexes or who are stuffy, snobby, or conceited should NOT see Joe Rogan. He's RAW, MORE than raw ... he's over the top funny.

Joey Coco Diaz, hysterical, once again, some women just shouldn't see his comedy, especially if they're prudish about sex, cuz he's balls out telling it like it is.

I wish there were more options for shows on Goldstar when Joe comes to town.

In the past, I have gone to see a comedian that I like live on stage before. It was highly disappointing to see them operate outside of a script. Based on this previous experience I was cautious about seeing Joe live.

Well, I am happy to report that he surpassed all my expectations and hit all the high marks!

      - Shutting down the annoying hecklers in the crowd with the quickness? CHECK
      - Responding to things of him on you tube? CHECK
      - Keeping up the image of the Joe Rogan, the character ? CHECK
      - Talking about crazy stuff only he would be so passionate about. CHECK

Great way to spend an evening! Please leave the kids and feelings at home!

I had really low expectations because I hate fear factor, but Joe is actually pretty funny. I can't give it 3 stars because it was really simple perverted comedy ... there's only so many jokes you can make about oral/anal/animal/child sex. I would not have gone to this show at full price.

We all had a great time!
Loads of laughs. Joe was not delivering the jokes as usual, don't get me wrong, he delivered but not as well as usual. I think he toked a bit too much, or rather drank too much with the staff at Cobb's the night before ... at least that's what our waiter told us. Joey Diaz was funny, Ari Shaffir was funny too, but needs some new material. I've seen him four times now, and he tells the same jokes each time. Joe Rogan did not use some of his best material and we were a bit upset that he would not take his shirt off for the ladies in the house!!! :0)

As always Joe Rogan delivers! Cobb's is always enjoyable, their staff is pleasant, and very efficient. If you ever get a chance to see Joe Rogan, Ari, and Joey together please stick around after for pictures ... they LOVE having their pix taken with everyone.

Joe was an incredible comedian and seemed like a genuinely cool guy. He finished his set and stayed out longer just to talk w/ the audience. He asked people to throw out topics and he just went off on them in a hilariously intellectual, honest manner.

I'm a big fan of Joe Rogan's. I'm an avid watcher or UFC events, and find his comentating to be both entertaining and insightful. I found hid comedy clips on Youtube, and thought most of them were hillarious.

This is the second time I've seen him live, and both times I've been dissapointed. He is a funny and talented comedian, who in my opinion has stopped caring about what he does, and shows up too stoned to remember his jokes, and too self involved to even care that he's putting out a shoddy product to people who paid good money to see him.

AMAZING as usual. Joe Rogan is always impressive, always hilarious! I seen Joe a few times now and last night he performed for 2 hours and 15 minutes without stopping. I couldn't believe it. He took questions and topics from the crowd and never was at a loss for wit and wisdom.

I didn't enjoy the performance. He showed up totally baked and not really that funny. I knew he was a stoner but was hoping for something better. I like him on the UFC and News Radio, Fear Factor. The first opening comedian that he travels with was HORRIBLE! He looked like an extra from The Sopranos. Dropping F bombs everywhere, dirty material that wasn't at all funny and very uncomfortable. I couldn't even laugh politely. The second guy was a little better. All and all crap. I guess I needed to be stoned to get it.

I didn't expect it but Joe Rogan's act was very good, my face was hurting from laughing so much. He had really funny stories, and described things very vividly. I would definitely recommend seeing his act, in addition the 2 guys that went on before him were very funny as well.

The openers, Joey and Ari from Amazing Race, were all about cussing and sex jokes. After a while it gets old and tired, not to mention creepy coming from those 2. The crowd was not feelin it. I think that type of humor probably does not work well in SF or for anyone over the age of 14. They may have been surprised that we didn't like watching them perform simulated sex acts. Joe was better and I could tell he does have a knack for comedy. However this line up is too unbearable to make Joe's performance enjoyable.

Overall a very good show. I could have done without the MC - he was far to vulgar and there was just no need for every other word to be F**k, c**t, s**t. It got to be very uncomfortable. The other opening act (can't remember his name) was pretty good and Joe put on a good show.

Joe Rogan consistently delivers laughs. He ranges from philosophical rants to dick jokes and all of it is solid entertainment. Joe Rogan is in league with Robin Williams and Robert Schimmel, in my opinion.
This was my 2nd time seeing him and it definitely won't be my last.

More Details About Comedian Joe Rogan

    More Information

Regardless of his success in television, Joe Rogan's true love is stand-up comedy. But stand-up was never in Joe's original career plan, nor was television or acting of any kind. So how did this accidental performer wind up with a career in stand-up, a role on "NewsRadio", host of "Fear Factor" and "The Man Show"? The answer is simple: Tae Kwon Do.

Joe began practicing martial arts at the age of 13. Within two years, the Boston native earned a black belt and soon became the Massachusetts full contact Tae Kwon Do champion four consecutive years. By the age of 19, Rogan won the US Open Tae Kwon Do Championship, and in true Joe Rogan fashion, the lightweight champion went on to beat both the middle and heavyweight title-holders to obtain the Grand Championship. Joe credits Tae Kwon Do for his discipline and focus, two characteristics that have aided him in his accomplishments.

After much prodding from his friends, Joe tried his hand as a stand-up at an open mic night and was hooked immediately. With 15 years of stand-up comedy under his belt, Joe's honest, inquisitive comedic style has made him a national headliner, a favorite performer at the prestigious U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen and at Just For Laughs in Montreal and he is a regular guest on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live."

In 2000, Joe released his groundbreaking debut comedy album, "I'm Gonna Be Dead Someday," on Warner Bros. Records. He recently recorded a follow-up CD for a 2007 release. Joe was host of the hugely successful reality show, "Fear Factor," for six seasons on NBC. Prior to "Fear Factor", Rogan charmed viewers as Joe Garrelli, the resident electrician at WNYX Radio on the hit NBC comedy series "NewsRadio," and he was the host of "The Man Show" for Comedy Central.

Since 2002, Joe has provided color commentary for the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) on Pay Per View and Spike Television. On November 30, 2006, Joe debuted as the host of the new Spike TV show, "Inside The UFC," a weekly magazine-style series featuring the latest from the world of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Joe hosts "UFC Wired," a weekly, syndicated, hour program for the 2007-2008 season.

On April 10, 2007, Joe released his new live comedy CD, Shiny Happy Jihad, on Comedy Central Records. Nine days later, his first live hour comedy television special, "Joe Rogan Live," debuted on Showtime.

Joe resides in Los Angeles and regularly performs stand-up locally and nationally.
