One of today's rising comedy stars, Barry Rothbart recently made his debut on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, where he killed it with his easy, natural disposition and quirky personal stories about everything from the bizarre things he's seen around L.A. to his vision of what he'll be like as an old man. He can be seen on TV in national commercials for Taco Bell, Honda and Miller Light, and in TNT's Men of a Certain Age and the 2012 season of MTV's Punk'd. Rothbart was named a "Best of the Fest" performer at the 2011 Montreal Just For Laughs Festival, and has been seen on TBS's Conan. He's even got a role in the upcoming Martin Scorsese movie The Wolf of Wall Street. See him in person at the San Francisco Punch Line. Learn More

report as inappropriateI've been waiting for this guy to come to town for a while now! I listen to him all the time on my "Tommy Johnagin" station I made on Pandora. I can listen to his same bits over and over and still crack up. He did not disappoint on Friday evening and I even got to get a pic with him. I will definitely make sure I am there next time he is in town!
report as inappropriateThe comic, Tommy Johnagin, was fantastic. Extremely talented and funny guy who left my face hurting from laughing so much. I'd give the comedy club (The Punch Line) maybe 3 stars though. Seemed like a pretty typical place. The food and drinks were overpriced and the food wasn't that great. But Tommy made up for it.
report as inappropriateto sum it up - as we were leaving Punchline Comedy Club, my husband stated "I never laughed this loud since we saw Seinfeld". Tommy is a naturally funny man and I hope he returns to Punchline soon! We loved his humor....and the stories of "the baby"!
report as inappropriateWOW!! Do not miss this comic. This was a phenomenal show!!! Laughter all the way through. Tommy is one of the best comedians around. Enjoy
