He can be seen on TV in national commercials for Taco Bell, Honda and Miller Light, and in TNT's Men of a Certain Age and the 2012 season of MTV's Punk'd. The whole lineup was hilarious. Enjoyed the extra/encore segment at the end with surprise guest, Boots Riley, and the "Thugs the Musical" audition.

Quotes & Highlights

  • “Avery is amazing!” --San Francisco Chronicle
  • “W. Kamau Bell is the most important guy doing comedy right now. Do yourself a favor and go see him. He’s got the most astute, hilarious and completely righteous material going and he’s going to be a legend in his own lifetime like Richard Pryor and Lenny Bruce. Think Bill Hicks but slightly taller.” --Margaret Cho
