I've never been to a comdey club, but I refused to miss Frangela. These 2 are the most under-rated comics in the country right now...hilarious, energetic and always fresh. Can't believe they did morning radio and kept the funny up for the evening. Great to discover Clinton Jackson and Jason Downes, as well--will look for them on Comedy Central and HBO.

Frances Callier and Angela V. Shelton are real life best friends who met at the world famous Second City Theatre, where they polished their talents as writers and comedy satirists. Both can be seen weekly on VH1’s Best Week Ever, and together they are regular pop cultural pundits on The Today Show, Dateline, and CNN’s Headline News, among others. They also host their own radio show, The Week According To Frangela, in Los Angeles on Progressive Talk AM 1150 and fill in for Stephanie Miller’s nationally syndicated radio talk show.
Frances and Angela are currently creating and co-executive producing a new television comedy for the Disney Channel. Last season they starred, wrote and produced their own pilot for FOX Television Network called Frances and Angela. They both starred and wrote on their award winning animated show Hey Monie for Oxygen and BET. They also wrote on the Showtime pilot The Offensive Show. Frances and Angela have also co-authored a book together called The Girl Friend Handbook.
Also appearing is Clinton Jackson, a local favorite from the Bay Area who has had his own “Comedy Central Presents” special and recently appeared on The Disney Channel’s “That’s So Raven.”
