Actor-comedian Chris Kattan has had a great deal of comedy success on the stage, in films and on the small screen. The list of his most memorable Saturday Night Live characters stretches over nearly a decade on the show, including such favorites as Mr. Peppers, Mango, Azrael Abyss, Kyle DeMarco and Suel Forrester. His stint as half of the head-bobbing Butabi brothers, alongside fellow cast member Will Ferrell, saw him make the leap onto the big screen in 1998's A Night at the Roxbury. Also a former member of the world-renowned improv/sketch troupe the Groundlings, Kattan has continued to perform on stage, including headlining stand-up comedy events at clubs and theaters around the country. David Koechner might have some acting skills but he delivered one of the worst comedy sets I've seen. Unfunny & boring.
Dana Gould was way better with some flashes of brilliance - too bad he ended with a terrible bit about mentally challenged kids.
Dana Gould is a legendary comedian considered to be one of the absolute best among his peers. Best known as a writer and producer on the longest running animated show on TV, The Simpsons, Dana was also featured in the hit documentary The Aristocrats. His numerous other TV and film credits, too many to name in full, include Late Night with David Letterman, Seinfeld, The Ben Stiller Show, Roseanne, Clerks, Dumb & Dumberer, and his own HBO special which was shot right here in San Francisco at The Fillmore.
Actor, writer and producer David Koechner spent one season on the cast of Saturday Night Live before moving to Los Angeles, where he landed guest appearances on Curb Your Enthusiasm, Reno 911 and played a recurring character on Still Standing. He co-starred in indie films such as Dill Scallion, Wakin’ Up in Reno, Dropping Out, and Run Ronnie Run, while turning solid performances in studio comedies such as Out Cold, My Boss' Daughter and A Guy Thing. Concurrently, Koechner, along with Dave “Gruber” Allen, developed and performed The Naked Trucker & T-Bones Show on stage at Club Largo in Los Angeles. The show later became a Comedy Central series.
His first major film break came when he was cast as Champ Kind in Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy. Since then, David has been seen in a variety of studio and independent films such as Daltry Calhoun and The Dukes of Hazzard with Johnny Knoxville, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, Waiting, Let’s Go to Prison, Snakes on a Plane, the animated feature Barnyard, the family film Yours, Mine and Ours, the critically acclaimed Thank You for Smoking, opposite Aaron Eckhart and Maria Bello, Semi-Pro, and Get Smart. He also starred in the Fox Atomic comedy The Comebacks, The Perfect Game, The Goods: The Story of Don Ready, Tenure, My One and Only, and Extract.
David can be spotted in cameo roles in 40 Year Old Virgin, Balls of Fury, Reno 911!, Miami, and Sex Drive. He continues to play the recurring character Todd Packer on NBC’s The Office as well. Most recently, David can be seen in Final Destination 5 and Paul with Simon Pegg.
