Written on Apr 02 2012I've gone to Cobb's about 20 times in the last three years. It's a decent venue for comedy. Parking isn't too hard to find if you know where to look and the drink selection is decent (of course they are a little overpriced). I recommend eating elsewhere though. It's not horrible food, it's just very mediocre and overpriced and SF has so many amazing places to offer.
These comedians were stereotypical of stereotyping comedians. It's a complete cliche that a non-white comedian spends the whole set making fun of minorities but that's what these guys did. I think the audience feels safe laughing at racist jokes if they come from the race that is being made fun of. I wasn't offended, just bored.
