If you want to witness pure brilliance and ecceptional raw talent: you have to see this tour de force. I haven't been so mesmerized by a performance in years. It's clever of them to play old characters. Not only so that their act can go on and on as they age, but also because of Justin Bond's voice. As a cabaret singer, I don't believe Mr. Bond's voice would be enough if he performed as himself. But as an old woman, it's perfect! It's low and raspy like that of a woman who has been smoking and drinking for years.
Behind all of the politically incorrect humor (and there's LOTS of it!), there IS an important message. Sometimes you've got to get ugly to get to the truth. (That's not the message! It's just a description of how Kiki & Herb work!)
I would highly recommend Kiki & Herb to my friends!
